03 · Paid field proof
Evaluate the job at the site
Run the agreed supervised trial and review its measurements, interventions and limitations. Output: a result the site team can accept, revise or decline.
04 · Annual site licence
Run validated workflows
License the agreed software scope for a site each year, with support and updates defined in the agreement. Add workflows or sites through further scoped integration and validation.

Agree the work before committing
Definition, integration and proof are paid engagements. Pricing depends on the workflow, existing interfaces, equipment, operating constraints and the evidence required. An annual site licence is a separate recurring software agreement after successful validation.
Hardware, third-party services, support levels, data handling and rollout scope are agreed in the proposal. Each stage has its own deliverables and a decision to proceed.
